VISA LIMITED will prepare your visa applications, give information on visa/permit on equiry and assist with administering these applications strictly in accordance with the Countries visa guidlines. VISA LIMITED will be responsible with Scheduling an appointment for thier clients to submit your application and do biometrics. VISA LIMITED will be responsible in making sure all documentation on each visa checklist is submitted and that the application is complete. On acceptence of VISA LIMITED's application invoice only then will service will be provided to a client and pre payment will be requested before submissions. VISA LIMITED will not issue any documents other than the receipts for fees collected and of application submitted. VISA LIMITED will not be able to guarantee you a visa. The issuance or refusal of a visa is the sole prerogative of The Countries Government applying for. VISA LIMITED cannot influence this decision in any way.

All Service fees are Non-refundable after our supporting documents file has been given out.

If any Embassy or VAC changes their rulesand regulations pertaining to VISA applications without any notice, we cannot be held liable.

All Visa Fees are Non-Refundable no matter what the decision is by the relevant Embassy.

The visa fee is rate of exchange dependent herefore could change.

Once your application has been submitted it is totally out of the control of VISA LIMITED and the embassy has total control thereafter.

After application has been submitted VISA LIMITED cannot be held responsible for the extension of the processing time how ever we will followup on your behalf.

Confrmation of Acceptance of the T& C's is done by making payment of this invoice.
